About Us
The Highcrest Elementary School PTO is a nonprofit parent teacher organization which serves the students, parents and teachers of Highcrest School. Parents make tremendous contributions to both the educational programs and the social functions at Highcrest.
Many hours are devoted to school-wide projects that benefit our students and community at large.
The PTO funds educational and cultural programs, and funds approved initiatives annually. Money raised to support all PTO-sponsored programs and initiatives stem from our fundraising, and through rewards programs.
All of the great PTO events occur during the school year, and it is not possible without the help of all of the volunteers.
The PTO is a great way to become involved in your child’s educational experience, and it allows for hands-on involvement with not only your child, but with the school, parents, teachers, and the entire Highcrest community.
All families are encouraged to get involved and are welcome to all PTO meetings! We also support our school mascot, Spike the Bulldog, featured below. Spike was purchased with a PTO initiative from 2024.
